Okay, so money is far from being as readily available to you as it was a few years ago. With this in mind, compromises are having to be made across the board and this definitely extends to the amount of money you have on hand to splash out on novel gift ideas. For some, contacting that florist Southampton will still be on the cards, albeit having to choose less expensive blooms perhaps. But there is another excellent gift idea that I am going to share with you and it can adapted in any way you wish to match the recipient's taste. I am referring to hampers of any description. First of all, get hold of a basket from any leading department store. You can shop around for these and often will find them for just a few pounds. Then you need to fill them with the things that your loved ones like the most. There are certain members of my family that love a good bottle of wine. I grab my wine from a leading department store (beginning with H!) and make the wine hamper up with all of the favourite bottles of wine that I know will go down a storm. If you are on more of a budget, there is nothing preventing you from shopping around for decent bottles of wine that are on special offer at certain times. Pick up a bottle a week, leading up to when you will give the gift and this can save you plenty, whilst still making sure you give the best standard of wine. Food items, cheese and Port etc., these are other ideas where you can really go to town with your final hamper selection.
